1. We use Q345 high-class steel plate to make the column.
2. We add 50mm x 50mm x 6 mm steel tube in per corner of the Lift
3. Our middle beam is 10 mm thickness steel tube.
4. We also add two pieces of 8 mm thickness Q345 steel plate on both column.By doing this when you lift heavy weight to ensure the column no any changing or broken off
5. We use laser cutting machine to cut the steel plate and use CNC bending machine to bend the column
6. We redesign the carriage’s structure. We use steel wheel instead off bearing. The steel wheel do not bear any outside force. The steel wheel is just guiding role when you lift the car.
7.  We use the thickened sliding block to bear all outside force from the column sides of the beam to ensure no any changing and reduce the shaking when you lift or drop the car when you lift the car.
8. We add the length of the carriage to add the contact area with column.
9. Add the length of the steel base
10. Two pieces of long steel tube are extended in the end and connected with the column. By doing this when you lift the car to the top, the base can bear more lateral force
